What is it:
Get Macked Fit Camp is a weekend long women's faith based fitness conference. It is open to all women of any age, weight, faith, and fitness background.
What it is not:
Get Macked Fit Camp is not a weekend of grueling bootcamps and exercise. Campers will attend learning workshops over the course of the weekend and learn lifestyle, exercise, and nutrition directives specific to their own goals.

5:30-6:00 Check In
6:00-6:30 Welcome and Overview of the Weekend
6:30-7:15 Drums Alive Workout
7:15-7:30 Break (light snacks provided)
7:30-8:30 Workshop #1- Macked Out Fitness
8:30-9:00 Q&A Dismissal

9:30-10:20 Workshop #2- Dressing Your Body Type (Rebecca Thompson Wardrobe Consulting)
10:30-11:20 Workhop #3- Hormone Mysteries Unsolved (The Office of Dr. Larry Gurley)
11:30-12:20 Workshop #4- Macked Out Exercise
12:30-1:20 Lunch (provided)
1:30-2:20 Workshop #5- Injury Prevention and Treatment (Results Physiotherapy)
2:30-3:20 Workshop #6- Macked Out Nutrition
3:30-4:00 Final Q&A and Dismissal

*$25 for students with a valid student I.D.
*Cash or check due on day of camp.

What to wear and bring:
*Comfortable clothes you can move and exercise in

*Any additional drinks or snacks you would like. Please eat before you come Friday evening. I will provide snacks, water, and lunch on Saturday.
